Injustice in case of getting higher education abroad

Although Bangladesh is a small country,it has a lot of brilliant student.All over the world, students of Bangladesh already has been done a lot lot of splendid works.For example recently in United States of America a Bangladeshi boy has invented a procedure that petroleum can be produced from Algae.Moreover in the present world the most modern chopper "Apache" has also been invented by a Bangladeshi boy in  USA.The most special thing of the chopper is that the target of this chopper is controlled by human eyes.the accuracy of this target is 100%.Here i have mentioned only two report.But in Bangladesh everyday such kind of brilliant students is being spoil on Bangladesh.This is because as Bangladesh is underdeveloped country they do not get good equipments.Therefore most of the students of Bangladesh want to get higher education abroad.Moreover in Bangladesh we see an different situation.

When a student wants to get higher education abroad, he goes to the high commission or embassy in his country. But in Bangladesh almost all visa officer of embassy only issues study permit visa on the basis of his/her financial background. They want minimum 3 million Tk. (Bangladeshi money) to issue study permit. In Bangladesh, most of the people lives below the poverty line and do not meet up he financial requirements although a student is very brilliant and have a brilliant academic result.

So it can be said that in Bangladesh, all  foreign embassy  only want money not brilliant student.
